Refund Policy

If your registered County determines there was a problem with your registration:

-- If your registration was less than the amount paid, the difference between what you paid and what was due will be refunded to the payment method used.
-- If your registration was more than the amount paid, your county will get in touch with you to collect the additional amount, no amount will be refunded.

If your registered County determines there was not a problem with your registration:

No amount will be refunded.

If you are incorrectly charged by County Apps due to a system error:

County Apps will refund you the incorrect amount in full, to the payment method used.
